Overall this is probably not a good idea to do because its work, and prob best not to do it under the assumption of having a meeting. But at the same time people meet at work all the time, so if you really want to give it a go then do it, but be smart enough to be prepared for any negativity that might follow

I just genuinely don't know if Americans think its normal for phones to be checked as a security measure? I've not been there or 8 years and never had mine checked as I said. Things can change in 8 years, I just didn't know if its seen as a normal thing to happen or not, because you guys are always heavy with security

A while back I posted about how I wouldn't completely abandon seeing my hypothetical family, say an aunt and uncle who might occasionally complain about how offended people get these days and who may vote for a right wing party (I dunno as I wouldn't ask them anyway). Anyway it seemed to anger a fair few and I know some made a point to say they've tagged me now.

This despite the fact I not American and wouldn't have voted for Trump if I had the chance anyway. So yeah i seems there's just a fair few on this board who seem to get easily worked up over minor things.

I did tag one of the people who said they tagged me just out of curiosity, and it was beneficial as from the posts I've seen since I tagged them I could tell they 'd be insufferable to spend time around in real life

E.g "I took my dog for a walk today?"

Also throw in the words "like" and "literally" every so often into the statement for no particular reason
