Well, he's pretty heavily involved on both investigation days, and he probably has the most trial dialogue of any case, too.

I still kinda expect 3-5 to leave that number in the dust though, but it'll do that for most characters. I'm wondering how many lines 3-5 will end up with if 1-5 and 2-4 came in just under 6000.

pretty sure Godot hype isn't a B8 exclusive phenomenon

I'd strongly suspect the level of hype seen on B8 is at most exclusive to communities which are highly male-dominated (for reasons which are pretty obvious, I haven't met many women who like Godot), but there are only a few places I discuss AA regularly so I could be wrong.

Well, it works because Edgeworth is actually being a defense attorney instead of acting like a defense attorney while nominally being a prosecutor. It's part of why the concept works better in AAI2 because he's working with Ray most of the time.

but seriously man 3-5 might be Gumshoe's best case in terms of amazing one-liners

I mean Phoenix discovers new ways to be beaten down over many cases!

Edgeworth didn't even get to do anything truly crazy in 3-5 anyway!

Regardless, 3-5 investigation day 1 complete. These are some interesting numbers.

Edgeworth: ...Think carefully. This is very important.
Bikini: It's Iris we are talking about here! I'm thinking for all I'm worth!

Bikini's testimony is super good because she's one of the rare witnesses who isn't actively trying to deceive you and would love nothing more than to see the defendant cleared of all charges.

Some of you may remember me doing a "Top 50 Ace Attorney Music" topic a couple years ago. Well.. I re-ranked them. I feel MUCH better about these new rankings...and the list has been expanded to 100, too.

I just looked at the first page and saw several songs that looked way too low so I didn't keep reading beyond that

I mean I can't judge music well in the first place but still

Well, I am very musically talented, so it just might be your lack of judgment!

I'm not expecting everyone to like the rankings...I should have just started with #1 rather than #100. ~_~

Is there anything popular in the series you would rank low, Leonhart? Or does your opinion exactly match the consensus?

...and that is why you shouldn't just stop reading the list.

I am the consensus as the #1 Ace Attorney fan on B8 as determined by my fellow B8 Ace Attorney fans

but seriously I can't contribute much of anything to a music discussion anyway so there's not much I can say about it other than "that song is much better than that" or "that song sucks" (like the JFA cross-examination themes)

That's just fine. (oh, yeah, and I didn't actually mean it when I said you were lacking in judgment.. all opinions count, regardless of musical training)
