Though I didn't play the story mode option for Mass Effect 3, I thought that difficulty setting is ideal for those just wanting to play through the story without doing the bulk of the gameplay. Would be nice if said option is the the norm in some games.

Those kinda zones/towns peeve me. Whenever I drive to Mammoth, CA I have to be mindful of when the highway go from 70ish MPH down to 25-35 MPH. There's enough warning and distance to slow down but still kinda annoying.

I was probably hovering around 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone so I may very well have been 15-17 MPH over when his radar was on me.

Another reason I didn't fight it was because I was in my Boy Scouts uniform at the time. I was on my way to a camping trip and was hoping to rush home, grab something I forgot, and rejoin the caravan. It was already embarrassing enough to be caught speeding while in uniform.

Nah. I knew I was guilty. I saw no reason to lie. Granted going 17 MPH over bumped me to the next tier of fines and I ended up paying about $500. Fortunately the traffic school part was done online.

It's not at all uncommon for the cop to just not show up, which basically means you get a free pass.

Might vary between country/state. I have heard down in Los Angeles at least, the court now find a day that works for the officer and all the folks given tickets by said officer are assigned that day. So instead of the officer being on the offender's time, it is the offenders being on the officer's time.

I'd like said character to be given a meaningful death. If said character is of any importance it would only make sense he/she is smart and experienced enough to avoid meaningless death.

Granted I'd admit surviving a barrage of arrows in an open field without some sort of shield where anyone can get hit is one I find a bit questionable.

For certain social media and other similar services (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, etc,) given the huge presence they have I do wonder if censorship from them can be really be detrimental to allowing someone to express him/herself.

Of course said person can use other services but when these companies dominate the social media field to the point that other services have a mere fraction of users, that person's voice will not be heard nearly as much as on other services.

I have heard complaints about how liberal Facebook is and whatnot and retorts includes telling said complainers to make their own conservative version of Facebook. If we're being honest with ourselves, it is unlikely another version of Facebook will pop up anytime soon.

I kinda do the same. Eat all of one part of a dish first and then move to another. Oddly enough, when eating a $50-70 steak at some restaurant, instead of digging into the "meat" of the dish right away, I tend to eat the sides first and leaving the steak for last.

Doubtful in my opinion. I had a blast with Divinity: Original Sin but I feel this style of RPG is still too much of a niche. I'd imagine among the average player RPGs like these are too wordy and they want their quest journal to highlight where to go instead of actually reading the journal and figuring it out for yourself.

Even among some RPG fans they don't like having to control your entire party like that. Dragon Age: Origins lets you setup macros to control your party more easily and some folks still thought it was too involving.

Though if anything, I wanna say keep games like this "small". Let us fans continue to support them via Kickstarter, Fig, pre-orders, etc, etc. Don't let it get so big that developers feel the need to "normalize" it to appease the general masses.

Not to make light of the situation but I had a guildmate in World of Warcraft who lives in Florida. She and her family prefers dealing with hurricanes instead of earthquakes in the west coast. I think her reasoning is one could be aware of and prepare for said hurricane whereas an earthquake can hit without warning at which point you can only hope your earthquake kit is adequate.

But honestly, regardless of what warnings are given, how can one truly prepare for a disaster of this magnitude? Even with flooding insurance and whatnot it gotta get mentality and physical exhausting eventually. I can only hope all the affected citizens will recover in one way or another.

Bookwise, Aegon was swapped with a commoner's baby for some wine, and was raised elsewhere under the alias Young Griff. I know the HBO series never incorporated this plot line but now Jon's real name is apparently Aegon.

Did Lyanna simply named her child after Rhaegar's son so technically there is/was two Aegon or was Rhaegar's son's name never mentioned in the HBO series?

I honestly enjoy stealth-kills even if it's less convenient than just sneaking by them. One of my favorite parts of Skyrim was sneaking around laying waste to forts, making use of my Khajiit's night vision perk to spot people even in darker areas (and also so I didn't need to risk being seen because I was holding a light or something). Then I'd use a bow to kill them from a distance so I wasn't ever at risk.

I had a more perverse approach. Using the pickpocket level 100 passive, stripe them naked, and leave em be. I wish the game woulda adjusted the dialogue accordingly to reflect the situation.
