both of the first two books (the short story collections) are great fun, and then once you get into next 5 (the novel series) its a bit slow until 3/4 into the 2nd novel (4th book overall), and then they are great from there in my mind
I am bit concern of running into a snag like this. I read some of the Ender's Game series and by the third or fourth book, was not sure about continuing the series.

Did you find Witcher II and III more enjoyable after reading the books or it made no difference? I am aware the games take place after the books.

I watched the Netflix Witcher series while playing the latter half of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition. Being more familiar with the characters made understanding the conversations in the game easier to understand and appreciate for me.

I am sure both Witcher II and III are great games on their own without outside material but did reading the books made the experience more enjoyable for you or no difference?

Comments and opinions are appreciated,

Thank you

I misread the question and voted wrong. I think it oughta be 48 and 16 if the question is what were the age and not what is their current age.

I used these equations where x is the dad's current age and y is the son's current age. I think I did it correctly.

x - 2 = 3(y - 2)

x + 14 = 2(y + 14)

No. Even when I was the lead priest with my World of Warcraft guild, I was mindful not everyone has the time/capability to research the material and absorb it. We were not a bleeding edge raiding guild and various guild members had families so it was understandable we would not be pushing for server first boss kills. I offered my advice and opinion as a healer based on my personal experience but I did not expect other priests to play the same as me.

EDIT: I have had nerg rage moments with some single-player games though. (i.e. playing Final Fantasy Tactics and my characters missing at 95% hit chance). I am sure others who have played X-Com can relate.

Getting both the third-party mouse fix and being more strategic in using the plasma cutter and stasis module made a world of a difference.

In Legend of Korra, Mako and Bolin's father was from the Earth Kingdom and mother from the Fire Nation. I do not recall if either parents were benders but the union resulted in Mako being a firebender and Bolin an earthbender. If Bolin have a child with Eska, I wonder if a firebending child is possible.....

In practice, what it meant was lower levels of canon (such as books) were only canon if not contradicted by higher levels of canon (such as movies). This was mostly intended to offer a definitive ruling in the case of minor inconsistencies, but when something like TCW or The Force Unleashed is released, it means huge chunks of the canon, like multiple novel and comic series, become non canon over night.
I can understand and accept the movies and TV series overwriting the books and comics but did the video games also sit higher on the totem pole? Is that based on them being released by Lucasarts at the time?

Should I prioritize upgrades on the Plasma Cutter or since this is my first time actually playing it, just use whatever I like and stick to that weapon?

I personally enjoy getting Christmas cards/greeting in the mail as a little surprise as that feeling is lost when given at a family gathering. At the same time, I find it odd to mail out stuff to my cousins who lives just a few minutes from me when I can drop em off in-person.
