I 100-gemmed Mustadio USB. This doesn't seem very good. My fire team is already crazy strong, Fire imperil is easily accessible via Mom Bomb, and FFT is mostly a holy-based realm, so the imperil won't even help a CM team.

Everyone but Sarah has full 5* dive, OK has his LMR.

My lack of instant cast healer USBs has become a major problem at this point. Those 2.5 seconds to cast a SB feel like an eternity. Savage Twister was absolutely wrecking me, which is why I went with Sarah and her Magic Blink as my medica of choice. She got entrusted several bars by Shelke in order to keep up somewhat with the damage, despite double healers. The fight ended with just Squall alive, with a sliver of health.

I might be able to master it, once I get my Isgebind and Krysta to 99 and inherit some nice passives on them.

I used to think Orlandeau was a banner I needed to draw on, but at this point, I honestly feel like I should just skip it.

Cid and Marche USBs are the only relics that would really be amazing. The LMRs are ok, but really only worth it if you also get the USB.
I much prefer the OK Ninja package with double instant cast, which I got after lots of mythril, over Ramza's BSB2 and LMR.
Alma USB is super awkward on a healer, since it lacks any kind of medica.
Then you add some dupes, a critically low mythril stash and only 1 month until anniversary, and I just can't draw there.

Both new, but also completely useless.

I should really stop doing those, but every time I look at the available discos, I see Vivi USB or another nice shiny, and end up drawing.

Oh, I know that feeling. I used 250 mythril on the OK banner, where my consolation prizes were CoD USB and BSB, instead of Cloud USB and Squall BSB.

Luckily I skipped the Tidus banner, so both of his relics would still be major prizes, especially since I have his USB (and OSB).

Since my fire team is probably my strongest, I started with Isgebind.

I beat him in 41 seconds on my third attempt, and after some changes, and getting ridiculously lucky, I even managed the sub-30. It's not reliable at all, but I was not expecting this kind of success on day 1.

Bartz won't chase after Snowspell Strike if it did ice damage, so there's no problem there.

I don't think I'm drawing on this one. If Tyro, OK, or Ramza were in this, I'd consider it, but with this limited pool. Meh.

Beatrix has doublecast Knight. That basically makes her the best Spi+Bra dive, together with Marche. Orlandu will be standard physical dive, btw (Dex+Vit)

I have her BSB and OSB (she doesn't have a USB yet), and she is absolutely worth it. Doublecast Guardbringers are amazing.

My water team is just fine with Tidus USB+OSB and Bartz USB as the main pillars. I know the 4* magicites will be a different beast, but this gets me a very easy Liquid Flame sub-30.

Hopefully there will be an Ice banner at some point. That would be a banner I'd draw on.

I don't have Cloud USB, nor have I ever attacked my own characters for retaliate, but some stuff I've gathered:

- You need a Hastega and Zack CSB
- Thundering Quadstrike procs 4 hits, and is the only 5* spellblade that can target Cloud.
- Prishe RM3 turns Attack into a 3-hit ability.
- Demonsblood is probably the best way to get Retaliate
- Either Omega Drive or a Spellblade as Cloud's second ability

Damn. I saw the new abilities, but didn't even think about my Ashe. Not looking forward to r5-ing Chain Thundaja for her.

I max-honed my Chain Thundaga for her, and I'm basically out of Major Black at this point. Considering how much harder it is to hone a 6* skill, that's probably not something I should target.

I used a mythril to revive against the Red Dragon back then. It felt absolutely worth it for the rewards.

Didn't master Airship Elite, and I'm not even sure I cleared it.

I'm 99% sure, RWs were added in a maintainance that happened while Legendary Plunder was live, but I couldn't be bothered to try again after RWs were added.

i don't know that there even are any 4*. you need both of the 5*s for the combo to work. R2 is probably enough for the stacking blink, you wanna prioritize the pure damaging one for hones (i don't remember the names offhand).

The blink ability is Ancestral Reflection. The damaging one is Shadow Embodied.

Shadow USB isn't something you'll want on every fight, but if a boss is mostly magical, it's terrific dps.

The extra attacks have a non-elemental component, and they do a lot of damage, so you can safely use Shadow USB against water-weak bosses too, with the corresponding water ninja abilities. You don't get the quickcast, but it's not a massive difference from my experience. Shadow does fine on Liquid Flame.

I think the main thing you need is a Hastega+Buff SB. As such, I suggest drawing for Onion Knight's USB, early january.
His physical USB would probably be your top prize, but his mage USB could be a foundation of an amazing mage team. Even his BSB will work as a decent substitute for both physical and magical.

Healer: skipping

BSB: if it's BSB+, I'm drawing. However, if it's ONLY BSBs, I might actually skip. I'm sure the BSBs I actually want are less than 10% of the complete BSB-pool. There's some nice-to-have stuff, but the ability buff has not been kind to BSBs.

6* is an easy draw, though.

Crystal tower is seriously my favorite addition to this game in a long time, or maybe ever.

It's sufficiently hard, without being over-the-top, and it takes an amount of teambuilding and party-balancing, that's just not found anywhere else.

That was a waste of 25 mythril. At least the Lightning SSB is armor with Lightning+, so it could see occasional use as a stat stick.
