Make small and simple life style changes like walking ten more minutes a day, cutting out a fast food meal a week, etc. I feel like fasting has to annoy and stress your body, starving and then not. They're great for insight. I've had too many minimize my problems or tell me i need to breath more. My couples counselor brought up some great communication techniques, though the relationship eventually failed. I'd rather read a recommended book, but I'm open to therapy again. I work Starbucks in a low income area. It got better when ebt was dropped and people accepted it. Starbucks customers have entitlement issues for sure. Interactions amongst different classes is almost the same, but different angles. As the guy above me said, rich people just want to be right. They'll call managers and try to get you in trouble. Low class people seem to try to get something for nothing or more for their buck. I've noticed offering to call managers seems to make them go away. People have no patience in the Starbucks world. I have people give me the finger or call me names when i don't serve them water immediately. They'll literally talk over my customers. Unfortunately, she got to the point where it was commit completely or bail and she started to look elsewhere. she convinced me to engage her and i did so much. She used to hate so much and I taught her love. Everyone i talk to realizes she's dumb for making this mistake, especially if she thinks I'll go back to her.
She was too easily influenced, so when others are doing things, she follows suit. She loved me a ton. She loved being around me. The sex could get creative, but end of the day, she would be lazy in bed sometimes and would rarely get on top. She's a real hotty, so she'll find dates, but good luck to her finding someone who will commit, compromise and love like i did.
