It's only just now my friends and I configured a router to get internet access at the local university, one of the only places on the island that still is operating. Luckily, my place is fine, flooding that I can manage. But other friends of mine have had it FAR worse. One of my best friends lost his home, and his work place was destroyed. I'm struggling to get in contact with he also lives in the most devastated part of the island where people's anger, thievery, and panic are off the charts. We don't normally create restrictions until people start abusing them. And it comes off as disrespectful if an entire group has to take the fall for the consistent wrongdoings of a single person. It'd be much more impactful and honorable if they sat down with the group to have a discussion about it as opposed to demanding they relinquish all autonomy right there and then. This way you still show a level a respect that the team deserves from their past outings and trust in the group that they have the best intentions. But the way they handled in the show, it wasn't very convincing, the justification for being on Tony's side, since like @lilORANG mentioned earlier, they gave Tony a case of idiot syndrome at the beginning of the movie. He genuinely wanted to save people, even if it manipulating the circumstances to force them into situations so that he can be the hero. This is a pretty interesting case where the culprit doesn't have the worst intentions but is too dangerous to exist in society. And 6 other colleagues are being charged for manslaughter. Trigger seemed like they bit too much to chew going for a 25 episode season.
